Sedat BAKICI who served as Engineer, Branch Manager, Head of Geodesy and Photogrammetry, Head of Map Department, Deputy General Director at the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre since 1989, has appointed as Acting General Director of the Geographic Information Systems, which established within the Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation since August 5, 2011.
