Okan Erhan OFLAZ, who is graduated from Survey Engineering Faculty of Yildiz Technical University, attended educations about TODAIE (Public Administration Institute for Turkey and Middle East) Municipality and Zoning Services Program, Real Estate Appraisers Certification Program at the University of Istanbul, Governorship of Ümraniye Municipal Procurement Law and the Constitutional Law. Okan Erhan OFLAZ who has served as Erzincan Municipality Zoning Deputy Director, Ministry of Agriculture Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing Center Manager, Çekmeköy Municipality Director of Technical Works, Fatih Municipality Vice Mayor; appointed as the Acting General Director of Geographic Information Systems General Directorate of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation since February 6, 2012.
